This hands-on course is aimed at the Oracle professional who wishes to increase their individual or their group’s productivity by utilizing Toad. This half-day course will cover Toad for Oracle installation, General Schema Browser Functions, Editors, Utilities, and Additional Features.

Course Pre-Requisites

The Student

It is assumed the student has a good working knowledge of the Oracle RDBMS (preferred lab environment: Oracle10g or Oracle11g).

The Training Room

The class uses Cisco WebEx software.

  • Access to an Oracle10g or Oracle11g database instance. This class uses mostly the EMP and DEPT demonstration tables. Lab setup scripts supplied.
  • About any version of TOAD but the latest version is preferred. You can contact the instructor for TOAD trial software downloads and temporary license keys.
