Interactive Virtual Classes

Students can now take a class from anywhere in the world without incurring the cost and time associated with travel. Our virtual (remote) courses offer the same content and hands-on lab exercises as our client-site courses, but in a format, designed to be taught over the internet. Students can register for single seats or as a package for private delivery (minimum 4 students). Regardless of the delivery method chosen, if the scheduled date doesn't work for you, we'll be happy to design one that fits your requirements.

PTC's Live Virtual Classes are comparable to our client-site training. There is no need for expensive travel. Participant Requirements

A computer with an internet browser and high speed network connection. Students will also need a telephone to access a conference number for two-way communication with our instructor. Upon registration, each student will receive a course manual in an electronic (pdf) format to review ahead of the class start date.

Cancellation Policy

Virtual course fees are fully refundable if PTC receives written notification from the course registrant at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled class date. Registrants who fail to attend and/or request to reschedule a course less than 10 business days prior to the course start date are liable for the entire fee.  Class dates are subject to change. If a course delivery date is changed, registered students will be notified by phone and email at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled class start date. PTC reserves the right to cancel a class at any time.  If PTC cancels a class, registered students will be notified at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the course and issued a full refund.
