Private Classes (client site) Many of our clients have curriculum needs that are specific to their own environments. To accommodate those customers, PTC offers private training at the client’s location. Classes are conducted in a private setting provided by the client. Each student receives a comprehnsive course manual with lab guide, and for select courses, a book written by one of our leading Consultants. Private Classes Customer Requirements
Training RegistrationTo register for any course, please email PTC’s, training coordinator, at info@perftuning.com or call (800) 887-4513. Company purchase order or major credit cards are accepted (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover).Cancellation PolicyA cancellation fee of twenty five percent (50%) of the course fee is charged for course cancellations received less than fifteen (15) business days prior to the scheduled class date. A course deposit, if collected, may also serve the same purpose of the cancellation fee and therefore, be non-refundable. If for any reason a course is cancelled by our client while the course is in progress, the client will be charged the full price of the course, including any expenses incurred. PTC reserves the right to cancel any training class at any time. In the event PTC cancels a class for any reason, the client will be notified at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled class start date and rescheduled or the full course fee will be refunded.
