Training Logistics Click here to schedule a class Private and Virtual Instruction Many of our clients have curriculum needs that are specific to their environments. To accommodate these customers, PTC offers client-site instruction. In situations were travel is not an option or there are not enough students to justify a client-site course, we also offer virtual (remote) courses as private events. Our virtual courses offer the same content and hands-on lab exercises as our client-site courses, but in a format, designed to be taught over the internet. These courses are taught by "live" instructors and can be taken at any location in the world using a standard web browser. Please contact a PTC training representative for more information about our virtual course offerings. Class TimesClasses typically convene from 9am to 5pm Mon-Thurs and 9am to 3pm Friday local office time. Accommodations can be made to adjust class times at the request of client or the instructor. Private courses have a capacity of 1 to 15 students, depending on the course. Virtual courses are limited to 12 students. Course Content and DeliveryAll courses include a comprehensive training manual in electronic (PDF) format. Some courses may include a book or reference manual written by one of our leading Consultants. Method of PaymentCompany purchase order or major credit card is accepted (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover).Training Vouchers and Volume DiscountsWe can help you meet budgetary goals while maximizing your training return on investment through discounts based on class volume. In addition, PTC also offers training vouchers and discounts coupled with our consulting services. These vouchers are not locked into any particular course and are good for a full year from the purchase date. Custom ClassesCustom classes follow the same pricing structure as our client-site and virtual classes, however, additional costs for customization are scoped and quoted separately.
