The following policies apply to course cancellations and reschedules for all PTC courses:

• Course fees are fully refundable, provided PTC receives written notification to cancel a class from the course registrant (purchaser) at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled class date.

• A cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total course fee is charged for course cancellations received less than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled class date.

• Course registrants who cancel a class or reschedule a class during a class delivery are liable for the entire course fee, including instructor expenses..

• PTC reserves the right to cancel or change the delivery date of any training class at any time. In the event PTC cancels a class for any reason, the registrant (purchaser) will be notified at least Ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled class date and provided an alternate date to reschedule the class. If the alternate delivery date is not acceptable to the registrant, the course fee will be fully refunded.
