Cancellation Policy
PTC requires 5 days advanced written notice prior to canceling their Remote DBA Consulting Agreement. Upon receipt of this notice, PTC will refund the Customer's service contract fee according to the schedule listed below.
The following refund schedule applies:
- If cancellation occurs within 14 calendar days from the start of the service period - 90% of the service contract fee will be refunded.
- If cancellation occurs after 14 calendar days from the start of the service period - the remaining contract fee (less 10% administrative charge) will be refunded on a prorated basis from the start of the next service month period. The administrative charge is equal to 10% of the total contract fee.
