Remote Support
Cancellation Policy
PTC requires 10 calendar days advanced written notice prior to canceling the Remote DBA Support Services Agreement. If the Customer cancels the services agreement during the service policy period, the Customer will be charged on a prorate basis for services through the last day of the month the cancellation notice is received. The monthly cost associated with this service period is equivalent to the total contract fee divided by 6 months. In addition, the Customer will be charged an administrative charge of 10% of the total service contract fee.
