The company was founded in 1997, and specializes in performance tuning, migrations, system integration, technical training and staffing. The company is managed by experienced technology professionals and employs a senior team of consultants and IT professionals responsible for the entire engagement life cycle, from assessment through post engagement support.

Currently, the company is organized into three lines of business; Project Consulting, Staffing and Technical Training which services commercial, government and education customers. PTC employs a quick response delivery model to its customers directly and through an established Service Partner Network.
